Place the wine, sugar and gelatin in a saucepan over medium low heat, keep the temperature under 90 degrees to keep the alcohol in. Whisk for 2-3 minutes or until sugar and gelatin have dissolved. Then stir in pink food coloring until combined. For colorless gummy bear don’t add food coloring or add desirable food coloring.
Using a glass measuring cup with a spout, pour the mixture over the gummy bear molds. Use an offset spatula to get rid of the excess and ensure all the molds are filled evenly.
Place filled molds in the refrigerator for at least 90 minutes or until gelatin has set. Store uneaten wine gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve when desired.
