Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C / 400 degrees F.
In the meantime, in a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper and garlic. Then spread the broccoli out in an even layer on a baking tray.
Place baking tray into the oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until nicely golden brown and fork tender. Transfer roasted broccoli to a serving platter, drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
