Place the wine, sugar and gelatin in a saucepan over medium low heat, keep the temperature under 90 degrees to keep the alcohol in. Whisk for 2-3 minutes or until sugar and gelatin have dissolved. Then stir in pink food coloring until combined. For colorless gummy bear don’t add food coloring or add desirable food coloring.
Place ground chicken in a small bowl and add all the seasonings. Stir until combined. In a separate bowls place flour, eggs, and crushed Cheetos.
Working on one stick at a time, take a cheese stick and dip in the flour, gently shake off to remove excess. Then dip in the eggs, gently shake off excess, then wrap in the ground chicken, and finally evenly cover with crushed Cheetos.
Place a non-stick pan over medium heat, add oil and let heat until smoking hot. Then add the prepared mozzarella sticks and fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until nicely golden brown.
Transfer fried stocks on a paper towel lined plate to absorb grease. Serve immediately with dip or sauce.
